Cancellation Policy
Please notify us at least 12 hours in advance if you will
be unable to keep your appointment, to avoid a fee of $20 at your next massage.
Arrival
Time
Please arrive 15 minutes
before your scheduled appointment so you can complete any necessary paperwork and receive your full session. Besides, you’ll
want to arrive relaxed and perhaps take advantage of a spa bed pretreatment.

Gratuities
A 15 to 20%
gratuity is customary, at your discretion, and greatly appreciated. Package and gift certificate prices do not include gratuity.
